This position supports the Sourcing & Supply Chain team to achieve the production schedule by tracking incoming material purchase orders, identifying issues/solutions, and escalating as needed. Duties/Responsibilities: Utilize Multiple reports such as MRP, Open Orders and Past Due to monitor incoming receipt alignment to production schedule Track on time delivery to manufacturing plan. Track incoming material and ensure any obstacles such as paperwork are resolved quickly. Escalate if cannot be resolved in a timely manner. Coordinate with management in resolving issues using appropriate protocol (supervisor, manager, etc). Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues as they arise. Track and communicate updates to critical parts daily to key stakeholders. Update Purchase Order dates appropriately to ensure accurate reporting. Assist buyers with PO placement from prepared approved requisitions as needed. Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management. This position may require overtime for coverage on alternate shifts and weekends. Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned. Requirements: Associates Degree or One to Three years related experience in supply chain/production planning in a manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong computer skills to include Outlook, Excel and Word. Ability to work cross functionally with many levels of an organization. Must be able to work independently, as well as under direction, must be highly motivated and well organized. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others in a fast-paced work environment.
