In your role as a Distribution Clerk, you will work within the core operations department to handle daily shipping room activities, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and data entry. Responsibilities
Pick and locate products accurately using an RF scanner
Verify products against order forms to ensure total accuracy
Pack and sort orders based on specific shipping requirements
Perform daily shipping and receiving duties within the warehouse
Process invoices and track orders using electronic systems
Stock and replenish products on shelves systematically
Process customer returns efficiently in the system
Participate actively in scheduled inventory counts
Enter manual orders into the system with high attention to detail
Prepare completed jobs and transition them to the next department
Match work orders to tray numbers accurately
Support general tasks within the frames department as required
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred (relevant work experience will be considered)
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is a strong asset for this manufacturing and logistics role
Basic computer skills and the ability to comfortably work across multiple digital systems
Physical capacity to stand and walk for the full duration of the shift
Ability to perform repetitive movements continuously
Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs regularly
Flexibility to adjust working hours initially for training or based on operational needs
