About the Role
McCain Foods is accepting applications for a Boiler & Refrigeration (B&R) Operator. The Boiler & Refrigeration (B&R) Operator operates maintains and adjusts boiler refrigeration oil and air systems to ensure safe reliable and compliant plant operations. You will support system monitoring troubleshooting documentation and maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.

Statement of Job
Operate and maintain boiler and refrigeration systems support system reliability and ensure safety quality and compliance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
Operate maintain repair and adjust boiler refrigeration oil and air systems.
Conduct inspections testing troubleshooting and support repairs.
Maintain clean organized work areas and ensure GMP and safety compliance.
Follow PSM requirements and coordinate with supervisors planners and teams.
Assist with training documentation SAP processes and contractor coordination.

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (Competencies)
Strong mechanical knowledge of boiler and refrigeration systems and regulations.
Ability to follow written verbal and diagram instructions and solve problems.
Working knowledge of SAP FactoryTalk SE and reporting systems.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and across teams.
Ability to obtain forklift license and use required PPE including respirators.

Work Environment
Plant environment with exposure to extreme temperatures hazardous chemicals gases intense noise and mechanical equipment. Requires lifting up to 50lb+ working in awkward positions and use of manual tools. Ability to wear respirator required. Reasonable accommodations are available.

Compensation Package : $58,800.00 - $78,500.00 . USD annually + Bonus eligibility
