Production Lead

Primary responsibilities include performing all tasks required to create a quality product while meeting management expectations. This position is responsible for supporting team-building practices, communicating product quality standards to employees, maintaining a positive attitude, and adapting to changes as needed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This is an advanced-level leadership position. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, abilities, and qualifications:

• Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred
• Ability to learn and understand company products, processes, and terminology
• Strong ability to provide constructive feedback and effectively communicate with employees, other departments, and various levels of management
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to quality, workplace safety, and achieving production goals
• Ability to support, train, and motivate team members while maintaining productivity and efficiency

• Help develop and advance coworkers skills and abilities
• Understand and meet customer quality expectations

• Understand measurements and production specifications
• Meet daily production demands and goals
• Gather, organize, delegate, and follow up on new information and ideas

• Understand and follow company safety policies and procedures
• Promote and enforce safe work practices
• Report safety concerns or policy violations promptly

• Assist in training new and promoted employees on job responsibilities and expectations
• Support a positive and inclusive team environment

• Schedule and lead positive team meetings
• Assist with employee communication and performance discussions
• Maintain effective communication with employees, supervisors, and other departments

• MondayThursday: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM

• Friday: 7:00 AM until production is complete (no later than 5:00 PM)

• Occasional Saturdays: Rare, as needed

Time Off:

• 15+ days of paid vacation annually, with accrual beginning on Day 1
