What youll do

  • Lead daily Shipping operations, overseeing packer productivity, coaching, performance management, and team engagement.
  • Plan and adjust workloads to meet daily, monthly, and annual shipping targets aligned with sales goals.
  • Ensure accuracy in order picking, packing, documentation, and back-order handling to meet customer expectations.
  • Coordinate daily outbound shipments with TL/LTL carriers and resolve mis-shipments or customer delivery issues.
  • Manage shipping supplies and maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area.
  • Track, analyze, and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) such as throughput, on-time shipping, order accuracy, and labor productivity to improve operational performance.
  • Maintain ISO 9001 compliance through updated procedures, training, and adherence to quality standards.

What makes you a good fit

  • Associate Degree preferred
  • High school graduate/equivalent with 3 - 5 years Distribution or Warehouse experience, or equivalent required
  • Strong computer skills are required, and experience with a Warehouse Management System is preferred.
  • Ability/desire to collect and analyze data in support of project related activities.
  • Excellent communication skills a must
  • Related shipping experience with supervisory skills preferred

The salary range for this role is $72,000.00 and $85,000.00. This range represents the goodfaith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
