A Picker/Packer is responsible for fulfilling customer orders in a warehouse or distribution center. Their main duties include selecting products from inventory, packing items securely, and preparing shipments for delivery while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards.
ResponsibilitiesPick and pull products from warehouse shelves according to order sheets or scanners
Pack items securely and label boxes for shipment
Verify product quantity and quality before shipping
Organize and maintain a clean work area
Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies
Meet daily production and accuracy goals
Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed
QualificationsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Basic attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
Reliable attendance and punctuality
