Distribution Center Supervisor WCS AM Shift

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for monitoring the performance of and efficiently directing the digital order flow through several warehouse operating systems.

Hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 5am to 330pm and overtime as needed

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees order volume and building flow from inbound to outbound; develops and executes plans to achieve results, remains agile to adapt to changing volume, and escalates issues as needed.

• Coaches team to maximize performance using established coaching methods, focusing on behaviors and results that drive learning and performance.

• Recognizes coordinators behaviors and competencies through feedback, recognition, and positive reinforcement. Creates positive and inclusive culture.

• Monitors Warehouse Management (WM) system, Commander (TGW) and associated outputs; handles related issues within each operating system. Proactively monitors, communicates and reacts to building changes/issues.

• Identifies opportunities for innovation and/or process improvement.

• Completes essential administrative tasks in a timely manner, i.e. Kronos, AMS, Reviews, etc.
