We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Production Manager to lead daily operations and build a consistent, high-performing production environment. This role is responsible for driving safety, efficiency, and accountability across the production floor while developing a strong, disciplined team. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach, and develop production staff to ensure strong performance and accountability Foster a positive, respectful, and disciplined work environment Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable to company standards Serve as a visible leader on the production floor through engagement and example Communicate effectively with team members, peers, and company leadership Operations & Production Management Oversee daily production activities to ensure schedules and customer commitments are met Conduct daily facility walk-throughs to ensure operational readiness, cleanliness, and organization Monitor real-time production status and proactively address risks or delays Ensure all processes, procedures, and quality standards are followed consistently Coordinate training to ensure employees are properly equipped to perform their roles Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement Identify production inefficiencies and implement sustainable improvements Address operational challenges with a solution-focused mindset Ensure corrective actions are effective and fully implemented Promote consistency in processes, behaviors, and performance standards Safety & Compliance Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with all safety policies Promote a culture of safety awareness and accountability across the team Qualifications 3+ years of leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Experience with production tracking systems or ERP systems is a plus Work Expectations Full-time, salaried position with a minimum of 45 hours per week Flexibility in schedule to support production needs What Success Looks Like Consistent, well-organized production environment Improved on-time delivery and operational efficiency A team that is trained, engaged, and accountable Strong adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards Why Join Us Opportunity to make a direct impact on operations and team performance Stable, growing company environment Leadership role with visibility and influence across the organization Benefits: 401(k) Employee discount Health, Life and Dental insurance Health savings account Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
