Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage purchase orders

Communicate with vendors regarding open orders and status updates

Reconcile invoices and approve payments

Monitor inventory levels, reporting, and cycle counts

Conduct inventory audits and manufacturer tracing reports

Negotiate pricing and vendor terms

Analyze procurement data and improve processes

Work cross-functionally to support daily operations

Requirements:

3+ years of recent procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience

Experience with NetSuite required

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

Bachelor's degree preferred
