Supply Chain Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support day-to-day operations across procurement, logistics, and inventory management. This role is responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, maintaining accurate system data, and ensuring timely delivery while supporting cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and track shipments, deliveries, and inventory across multiple locations
  • Create and manage purchase orders, transfer orders, and related documentation
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with demand planning and forecasting
  • Maintain and update ERP/CRM systems with accurate order, shipment, and inventory data
  • Communicate order status, delays, and issues to internal teams and external vendors
  • Act as a liaison between sales, operations, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Review and resolve discrepancies related to shipments, orders, and inventory
  • Support vendor and supplier relationships, including follow-ups on orders and timelines
  • Assist with reporting, data analysis, and process improvements to support operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and supply chain best practices

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners

Hours:

  • 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Monday through Friday

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
