Material Handler

We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our Shipping & Receiving team in Winona, MN . In this hands-on role, you'll help keep operations running smoothly by managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring materials flow efficiently throughout the facility. Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday Pay: $18-$22/hr, based on experience Job Duties of a Material Handler: Receive incoming freight, inspect for damage, and resolve freight claims Verify and process incoming materials from suppliers Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment Maintain accurate inventory records in our electronic (MRP) system Perform cycle counts and help resolve inventory discrepancies Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages Build pallets/skids and properly secure shipments Kit parts and stage materials for production or shipment Ensure materials are properly labeled and stored Benefits: Long term opportunity!
