Inspect manufactured products for any defects or damage, ensuring quality standards are met. Pick inventory for package assembly, maintaining precise stock levels. Create shipping labels and prepare packages for delivery. Load packages onto delivery trucks, ensuring safe and secure transport. Generate tracking reports to monitor shipment progress. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Requirements of the Warehouse Associate Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift and move heavy packages as needed. Proficiency in using warehouse management software and tools. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
