Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure smooth, efficient functioning across all departments. This leadership role is critical to optimizing operational processes, managing resources effectively, and driving productivity and profitability. The ideal candidate brings stronganizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Monitor and manage all aspects of warehouse operations on a daily basis.
Develop and implement warehouse strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Oversee facility layout, logistics technology, and equipment maintenance.
Inventory & Shipping
Manage inventory control, including verifying iing and outgoing shipments and maintaining accurate warehouse inventory records.
Establish and enforce operational procedures for material handling and disposal.
Review and prioritize customer orders; delegate to the shipping department to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
Coordinate pick-up appointments with freight truckingpanies.
File claims with carriers for stock shortages or damaged goods.
Customer Service & Systems
Assist the Customer Service team with tracking customer shipments.
Maintain daily updates in the warehouse management system (WMS).
Safety & Compliance
Enforce all warehouse safety rules and forklift operation standards.
Partner with HR to maintain safety documentation and forklift operator training records.
Requirements
Education
Associate's degree or higher preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or fulfillment operations.
Demonstrated ability to lead warehouse teams and drive operational improvements.
Certifications
Valid certification in Forklift, Reach Truck, Order Picker, and Turret operations required.
Skills
Strong written and verbalmunication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
Ability to facilitate and participate in group meetings.
Flexible availability to support operational needs.

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
