The Strategy & Operations Manager will be joining the Monetization Strategy & Operations team covering the markets in DACH (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland), Central Europe and Nordics. This organized and efficient professional must be flexible and able to wear multiple hats while working closely with our cross functional teams and prioritizing the needs of the team. This role focuses on strategy as it relates to mid- to longterm revenue enablement for the TikTok Nordics business based in the Stockholm office. In addition, the role will work with cross-functional teams to find trends and proactively find solutions to improve processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and implement regional projects, e.g. determining areas of improvement and drive the change process to generate impact
  • Creating dashboards and insightful reports to track business KPIs, monitor sales-related metrics, behaviours and recommend best practices and guidelines
  • Conduct research and market sizing of industries, business models, products, customers and derive actionable recommendation
  • Partner closely with Nordics senior and mid management as well as collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional teams to reflect their POV
  • Creating and managing policies related to sales bonus, sales competitions, client assignment and conflict management
  • Building expert status on TikTok sales tools to provide guidance on how to remove blockers and conduct sales training on ideal system usage
  • Enabling commercial deals with the right partners and establishing deal terms and track utilization. Managing pricing strategies, discounts and added value policies for clientsMinimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ years experience in top tier consulting or high growth company with experience in digital business models, media, digital advertising
  • Self-starter capable of delivering on goals with minimal supervision incl. strong time management skills and adaptability to a changing environment
  • Comfort with ambiguity as well as fast learner to develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of unknown industries
  • High oral and written fluency in Swedish and English is required to communicate directly with the Nordics region, reflecting the nature of the markets this position covers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to drive stakeholders to decision and to also defend unpopular opinions as well as moderate between opinions
  • Structured thinking to cut through complex problems and develop stakeholder pragmatic and impactful solutions
