You'll be: Following and maintaining Purchase SOPs, ensuring routine procurement executions and cost control escalations. Managing domestic and international sourcing for automation and logistics, including developing and monitoring a global supplier base. Handling procurement for a wide range of commodities such as PLCs, sensors, switchgear, industrial PCs, controllers, IT equipment, pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, gearboxes, tools, bearings, and more. Reviewing and evaluating supplier accounts, ensuring alternate sourcing and development of substitutes for each commodity. Initiating procurement processes, addressing urgent requests, and resolving procurement-related queries with stores and accounts. Managing Capex procurement, ensuring compliance, and maintaining on-time actions. Analyzing inventory levels, recommending alternatives for excess inventory, and achieving optimal inventory management. Ensuring SOP compliance and handling reporting requirements such as pending PO and GRIR reports. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering. Possess at least 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management. Demonstrate advanced proficiency in ERP/SCM systems, Excel, and Power BI for data-driven procurement decisions. Excel in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, financial analysis, and cost modeling. Have strong analytical skills to identify and resolve supply chain disruptions. Are adept at managing multiple high-priority initiatives in fast-paced environments. Show ownership and accountability for procurement categories or supplier portfolios. Possess excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. Have experience in supplier relationship management, performance tracking, and continuous improvement. Are knowledgeable in risk management, compliance, and global sourcing strategies. Are willing and able to travel to supplier and client sites for audits and relationship building.
