We are currently seeking a Distribution Coordinator to join our team at our client's corporate office, supporting vehicle sales, fleet operations, andpany car administration. This is an excellent opportunity for a highlyanized and detail-oriented professional who enjoys documentation management, process coordination, and providing support across multiple internal teams.
Position Details
Pay: $25.00/hr - $32.00/HR
Schedule: Onsite | Monday-Friday | Regular Business Hours
Location: Fountain Valley, CA
About the Role
As a Distribution Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the timely processing, ing, and distribution of Manufacturer Statements of Origin (MSOs) and ensuring smooth administration ofpany vehicle programs. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain documentation accuracy, support regional teams, and keep sales transactions and vehicle assignments moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
MSO Processing & Distribution
and ship MSOs daily, ensuringpliance with all state, OEM, and legal requirements.
Maintain MSO logs, documentation, and shipment tracking.
Resolve res, corrections, and delivery issues in coordination with internal teams and retailers.
Support fleet and sales operations by ensuring timely and accurate documentation handoffs.
Company Car Administration
Manage unit tracking, lease renewals, CVMP updates/requests, andpliance requirements.
Coordinate lease renewal calendars and obtain required approvals.
Ensure accurate processing of registration, insurance, and policy documentation.
Support regional teams by responding topany car process questions and requests.
Track fleet inventory and manage assignments, swaps, and returns in CVMP.
Controls & ing
Maintain accurate MSO and CVMP records, reports, and logs.
Identify and escalate aging items, exceptions, andpliance concerns.
Support process improvements by updating SOPs, checklists, and workflow documentation.
Assist with related projects and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
Associate's degree (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Stronganizational skills and high attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills
Experience in corporate, automotive, or field operations environments
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work with minimal supervision
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Pay Details: $25.00 to $32.00 per hour
