Logistics Specialist
Location: Onsite in Beaverton, OR
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time

Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 DOE + Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO + Holidays, 401K with match)
Position Overview
LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist to support day-to-day logistics operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is responsible for managing order flow, coordinating with vendors and clients, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery through third-party logistics partners.
The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative setting, has strong communication skills, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily order processing to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to maintain efficient shipping flow
- Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors and clients regarding order status, shipment updates, and inquiries
- Monitor shipments and proactively address delays, discrepancies, and service issues
- Track, investigate, and resolve lost or damaged shipments, including filing and managing carrier claims
- Ensure compliance with shipping requirements, routing guides, and service-level expectations
- Collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, purchasing, customer service) to support smooth logistics operations
- Maintain accurate records, shipping documentation, and system updates related to orders and deliveries
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, order management, or a related field
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with vendors, clients, and internal teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ERP systems
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain or similar is preferred
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
