Supply Chain Manager | Manufacturing | Triad Area
I'm partnering with a growing manufacturing organization in the Triad Area that is looking to bring in a strong Supply Chain Manager to stabilize and elevate operations at the plant level.
This is a high-impact role where you'll have the opportunity to step in, create structure, and truly "get it right the first time" as the organization focuses on improving systems, communication, and overall supply chain performance.
What you'll be doing:
Drive inventory flow, material movement, and operational efficiency
Improve systems usage, reporting, and visibility
Simplify team structure and build accountability
Partner with plant leadership to support production and cost control
What they're looking for:
5-7+ years of supply chain leadership in a manufacturing environment
Strong background in warehouse, logistics, and inventory management
Proven ability to improve processes and drive change
Strong communicator who brings clarity and structure
ERP experience required (SAP highly preferred)
Compensation:
Base: $100K-$130K
Bonus: Yes
This is an ideal fit for someone who enjoys stepping into complexity, building structure, and making a direct impact on operations.
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
