We are searching for a hands-on Production Manager to lead multi-shift operations, drive performance, and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily production across all shifts
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and safety standards
- Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams
- Monitor performance, resolve issues, and drive efficiency improvements
- Lead, train, and develop production staff
- Maintain production data, reporting, and inventory accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 5-10 years of manufacturing leadership experience (food preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and operational best practices
