Location/Division Specific Information: The SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) Manager is part of the Filtration and Separation Division (FSD) within Bioproduction operation. This role reports directly to the Sr. Supply Chain Director. How will you make an impact? The position will own the global SIOP process. It will be responsible to build capabilities, standardize and facilitate monthly SIOP process to ensure alignment amongst all partners including but not limited to sales, product management, demand planning, supply planning, production, sourcing, and logistics. This role is responsible for SIOP process improvement, analytics and reporting, interacting with all the involved functions to ensure customer satisfaction and effective end-to-end supply chain planning and execution. Lead the implementation and execution of industry SIOP best practices, strategies and overall maturity, evolution of the processes, in collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior executive leaders What will you do? Influence and guide the implementation of the Division's SIOP strategy at the business unit level; manage all aspects of the SIOP process while contributing to the business unit's overall customer satisfaction levels, product reliability, inventory management, and attainment of financial goals. Drive demand and supply alignment ensuring cross functional process that aligns operational plans with financial plans Assure SIOP is lived at sites, commercial, and global level. Build capability, standardize, maintain, and facilitate monthly SIOP process, including the development of weekly S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) process standards. Communicate and align SIOP outputs and recommendations with CSD leadership to help drive revenue, profitability, and CAS. Responsible for SIOP dashboards in Power BI, partnering with IT as needed. Drive analytics for process improvements along the end-to-end supply chain. Work cross-functionally to support supply chain priorities within the business units and division; as necessary, lead projects that close gaps and capitalize on opportunities How will you get here? Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field is required. Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other advanced degree preferred. Experience: 6+ years' experience in Supply Chain management, Inventory management and SIOP process. Experience in leading projects throughout a wide function/ region and in driving continuous improvements with a disciplined approach. Expertise leading a cross-functional SIOP process; proficiency in demand forecasting, capacity, supply, and inventory planning. Relevant experience in the Life Science or Medical Device industry preferred. APICS certification preferred Lean Six Sigma Green / Black Belt Certification preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Proven track record of building, maturing, and implementing business processes within a global/matrixed organization. Proficient Change Agent capable of redefining and creating SIOP processes. Strong analytic skills. Can clearly communicate to all levels within the organization. Strategic problem solver and planner. Solid understanding of supply chain planning systems. Proven understanding of concepts of inventory management and distribution planning. Compensation and Benefits The salary range estimated for this position based in North Carolina is $100,000.00-$130,000.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
