With a strong foundation already in place, we are entering the next stage of expansion and are seeking an experienced Operations Manager who can help strengthen daily execution, improve internal systems, and support scalable growth across the organization.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in operations, enjoys building structure, and can help create alignment across departments while maintaining a strong team culture.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations Leadership

You will help oversee the day-to-day health of the organization and ensure departments are operating efficiently and consistently.

Responsibilities include:

Monitoring operational flow across departments

Ensuring company standards and procedures are consistently followed

Identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks

Reinforcing accountability and follow-through

Supporting communication and alignment between departments

Helping maintain organization and stability during high-volume periods

Leadership & Team Development

This position plays a major role in supporting managers and team leads throughout the organization.

You will:

Directly oversee department leads and support staff leadership

Coach leaders through operational challenges and performance conversations

Help managers improve consistency and execution

Support leadership development and team accountability

Identify gaps in leadership structure proactively

Help strengthen overall team performance while avoiding unnecessary bureaucracy

Systems & Operational Improvement

Operational excellence is critical to sustainable growth.

You will help:

Improve workflows, systems, and operational processes

Develop documentation and accountability structures

Identify operational limitations before they impact growth

Improve organizational consistency across teams and locations

Support scalable operational planning and infrastructure

Recruiting, Hiring & Onboarding

Hiring and onboarding are key components of this role.

Responsibilities include:

Managing recruiting and hiring workflows

Screening and coordinating candidates

Supporting onboarding and training processes

Partnering with leadership to anticipate staffing needs

Helping ensure new hires integrate successfully into the organization

Client Experience & Issue Resolution

Operational leadership includes protecting the customer experience.

You will:

Assist with higher-level client concerns and escalations

Investigate and resolve issues professionally

Support strong communication and service standards

Help maintain long-term client trust and brand reputation

Operational Support for Growth

Operations and growth work together closely within the business.

This role will:

Support expansion and growth initiatives

Help ensure operations can scale effectively

Partner with ownership on operational planning

Assist with organizational readiness as the business grows

Help align operational delivery with company goals and commitments

Required

4+ years of experience in operations, leadership, or business management

Experience overseeing managers or team leads

Strong recruiting and onboarding experience

Proven ability to improve operational processes

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to operate effectively within a fast-moving environment

Preferred

Experience in service-based or field-service industries

Multi-department operational experience

Familiarity with CRM or scheduling systems

Exposure to sales operations or business development

Experience supporting business growth or expansion

Schedule & Work Environment

This position is primarily on-site.
