We are seeking a dependable and experienced Senior Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and fiber-sorting workflow. This is a hands-on role in a small but fast-paced facility. If you are organized, self-motivated, and confident in leading a team, we'd love to hear from you. The primary responsibility for this position is grading and sorting raw alpaca fiber and preparing it for the next stage of manufacturing. No prior experience with natural fibers is requiredyou simply need to be eager to learn! Job Responsibilities Oversee and participate in fiber sorting room operations. Operate and manage fiber baling equipment and prepare bales for shipment. Lead and train warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Material handling, inventory, racking, and storage tasks. Coordinate and assist with unloading and loading trucks. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. Qualifications: What we're looking for Proven Stability: A reliable work record, with the ability to demonstrate staying in a role for over 2 years. Experience in material handling, inventory management, and shipping/receiving. Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role. Mechanically inclined: You enjoy figuring out how things work and aren't afraid to get hands-on. Strong organization and communication skills. Basic computer skills.
