Home Delivery Coordinator - Final Mile

Join our team as a Transportation Coordinator - Final Mile, where you'll help ensure on-time deliveries, coordinate carriers, and support daily logistics operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in transportation or shipment coordination.

We are seeking a full-time Transportation Coordinator to manage carrier scheduling, shipment tracking, and on-time deliveries while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers
• Monitor shipment status and resolve service issues
• Communicate with stores, customers, and carriers
• Maintain shipping documentation and update TMS systems

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of transportation, dispatch, or shipment coordination experience
• Experience with NetSuite, TMS, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Teams preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Tuesday-Saturday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
