Role Overview:

The Distribution Operations Manager directs the interaction of cross-functional groups within the location including warehouse, production plants, safety, compli ance, dispatch , and administr ative pr ocesses. You will be responsible for ensuring each area of the business operates efficiently a nd inter acts effectively with the other functions .

A Sample of What Youll Do in t his Role:

• M anag e location operation including logistics , dispatch, and customer service personnel .

• Support and manage all employees incl uding coaching and setting expectations .

• E nsure compliance with all federal laws and company policies .

• Collaborate with other locations in the district.

• Work with the s ales team to determine operational solutions for customers .

• Oversee physical inventory counts and related adjustments.

• Manage the operational P&L, expense s , c apital e xpenditures, budget, and gain approval for any large purchases needed for operations .

What You Bring to The Role:

• 5+ years of experience , agriculture industry is preferred

• D emonstrated track record in operations, logistics , and/or agriculture location /branch management

• Strong skills in directing the work of operational-level employees, ensuring productivity and adherence to standards

• Bachelors degree or higher in Agriculture or Business-related field is preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

• In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $79,800 - $106,480. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience .

• This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, and retirement plan participation, including an employer contribution of up to 7% into your 401(k).
