Operations Supervisor

We're expanding our network and looking for a seasoned Transportation Operations Supervisor who has experience managing fleets of local delivery and line drivers. The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, able to work in a team environment, have strong verbal/written communication skills, and the ability to solve problems in real time. Job Requirements

Responsibilities include:

• Managing A.M/P.M Operations

• Dispatch

• Supervising drivers and dock crew

• Processing OS&D

• Completing driver & dock performance reports

• Answering phones

• Setting appointments

• Routing inbound shipments for same day delivery in an efficient manner

• Cross training on AM and PM operations
