?? What Youll Do
Youll be at the center of our manufacturing rhythm, helping ensure the right products are made at the right time, with the right resources.
Build, manage, and continuously refine production schedules that align demand, inventory targets, and plant capacity
Monitor operating limits and capacity utilization, identifying constraints, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve throughput and on-time delivery
Forecast short- and mid-term capacity needs and analyze variances across production plans, labor, and materials
Partner closely with operations, engineering, sales, and supply chain to support new products, process changes, and customer demand
Analyze ERP and manufacturing data to track performance metrics such as efficiency, production rates, and schedule adherence
Create clear, actionable reports that support operational decisions and leadership reviews
Recommend and support process, workflow, and equipment improvements that increase capacity, reliability, and scalability
Operate confidently in an evolving manufacturing environment where systems, processes, and volumes are still being built
? What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field
(Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree)
24 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations
Experience supporting manufacturing scale-up or working in evolving, fast-paced environments preferred
Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, production scheduling tools, and manufacturing KPIs
Strong analytical mindset, adaptability, and comfort working cross-functionally in a lean organization
