ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Data Analysis & Insight Generation
Analyzes large, diverse datasets including financial, quality, warranty, logistics, and customer support data
Identifies patterns, root causes, risks, and opportunities across business functions
Develops dashboards, reports, and models that highlight performance trends and KPIs
Ensures data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across sources
Business Performance Evaluation
Evaluates end-to-end business process effectiveness using data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Conducts cost-benefit, ROI, and impact analyses to support strategic initiatives
Benchmarks internal performance against industry standards and historical trends
Recommendations & Strategic Support
Produces clear, concise analysis summaries with data-driven recommendations for operational, financial, and customer experience improvements
Presents findings to senior leadership and cross-functional teams in a compelling, actionable format
Partners with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and support implementation planning
Cross-functional Collaboration
Works closely with Finance, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Customer Support, and IT teams
Serves as a trusted advisor by translating business needs into analytical requirements
Supports continuous improvement efforts through data-backed insights
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field
Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or product-driven environments preferred
3 - 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a similar role
Strong proficiency in analytical and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and predictive modeling
Strong storytelling skills - able to turn data into persuasive narratives
Demonstrated ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights clearly
Experience working with financial, operational, and / or customer-related data
Ability to effectively facilitate discussions and influence without authority in a team environment
Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
Ability to adapt quickly to changes in goals and objectives
Experience in fast-paced, high SKU-count environments preferred
