Logistics Analyst IV

Leads logistics planning and analysis to improve production, distribution, and inventory outcomes. Directs the work of others and drives continuous improvement to maximize customer satisfaction, readiness, and cost efficiency.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Logistics Analyst IV: Pay commensurate with experience.

Logistics Analyst IV Responsibilities Include:

Leading development and execution of logistics plans that improve throughput, readiness, and cost control

Creating and governing procedures for inventory and distribution management across teams

Directing and reviewing the work of other analysts; setting priorities and quality standards

Establishing performance metrics and reporting cadence; improving data definitions and integrity

Managing escalations and operational risk; driving corrective action plans to completion

Coordinating with executives/managers, customers, and vendors to align strategy and resolve constraints

Identifying and implementing process improvements that reduce waste and improve service levels

Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Logistics Analyst IV Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Average experience is 6 years in medical logistics/supply chain with increasing responsibility; leadership experience preferred

Extensive knowledge of logistics concepts, practices, and procedures with strong judgment and independence

Demonstrated ability to lead teams, standardize processes, and drive measurable performance improvement

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel); BI/reporting tools preferred

Ability to learn and operate inventory/logistics systems (ERP/WMS/proprietary tools)

Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
