Warehouse Associate

Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Location: Jackson, MI 49203
Duration: 3-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $19/hr (W2)

Job Summary:
Responsible for picking, packing, scanning, and loading warehouse products while supporting production operations in a manufacturing environment. Ensures accurate inventory handling, safe equipment operation, and timely shipment of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, scan, and load products for shipment; verify loads against packing sheets
• Supply production lines with materials and remove finished goods/scrap
• Operate forklifts, wrapping machines, and docking equipment safely
• Maintain inventory accuracy, organize stock, and perform cycle counts
• Unload inbound shipments and store materials appropriately
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain housekeeping standards

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Experience in warehouse/manufacturing environment preferred
• Forklift operation and ability to obtain required licenses
• Comfortable working in noisy, dusty, and temperature-variable conditions
• Basic computer skills (SAP/UPS systems a plus) and attention to detail

Additional Notes:

• Must comply with PPE and safety requirements
• Ability to work 8+ hour shifts
• Steel-toed shoes required for interviews (if available)
