Position: Airline Logistics Coordinor

Pay Re: $19.23 per hour

Schedule: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm

The Airline Logistics Coordinor is responsible for coordining the movement of customers cargo to its final destinion within our network. This role serves as a key operional and customer-facing position, ensuring shipments move efficiently, accurely, and in compliance with airline requirements and service expections.

The Airline Logistics Coordinor will work closely with airline partners, internal operions teams, sales and account management teams, and customers to coordine bookings, monitor in-transit shipments, provide shipment updes, and proactively resolve service issues as they arise. This position requires strong communicion, organizion, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment stus, routing, and delivery timelines.

  • Schedule pickup and delivery services to meet customer and airline requirements.

• Monitor in-transit shipments to ensure on-time recovery, transfer, and delivery performance.

• Assist reporting service performance metrics and operional trends

• Build and maintain positive working relionships with airline partners, customers, and internal operional teams

• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, time-sensitive logistics environment

• Proactively identify service risks and operional delays, escaling issues as needed to minimize service failures.

• Prepare and distribute performance metrics and customer scorecards.

• Support airline partnership activities by ensuring compliance with service-level agreements and operional requirements.

• Collect, organize, and provide supporting documention for billing, audits, and customer inquiries.

• Collabore with internal teams (operions, customer service, and billing) to ensure seamless shipment execution.

• Ensure compliance with airline regulions, security requirements, and company policies.

• Provide administrive support reled to reporting and da entry.

• Maintain a high standard of customer service while managing multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously.

• All other duties as assigned to meet evolving business needs.

Qualificions

• Educion: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; undergradue coursework or degree in logistics, supply chain, or transportion preferred.

• Previous experience in air freight, logistics, transportion, or customer service operions preferred.

• Working knowledge of airline networks, air cargo processes, or freight coordinion is a plus.

• Experience using AS400 or similar transportion/operions systems required.

• Strong organizional skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.

• Clear written and verbal communicion skills for customer and partner interactions.

• Demonstred discretion and confidentiality in handling and protecting sensitive informion.

• Technical: Proficient with common office technologies, including Windows PCs, Microsoft O365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and web conferencing (Teams, Zoom, Webex, etc.)

• Environment: Comfort commuting to/from and working in a 100% on-site setting (listed in this posting), with travel for reled meetings/events.
