Inventory Specialist Operations/Administrative Opti Staffing Group Hillsboro , OR 97006 Job ID: 85179 Job Description Inventory Specialist ***DIRECT HIRE*** Location: Hillsboro, OR Pay: $20-25/hr. DOE Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday 7am-4pm Who We Are Our client is a single-source supplier and solutions provider serving customers in critically clean and controlled environments. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced, team-driven environment where accuracy and accountability matter. What You'll Do As an Inventory Specialist, you'll work closely with management and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless goods movement, stock accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: Receiving, checking, counting, and putting away stock Picking and packing customer orders within strict turnaround times Performing regular stock checks and cycle counts Maintaining accurate inventory levels and critical stock items Working within a computerized WMS / ERP system Supporting local product deliveries to customer sites Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse Using company vehicles and equipment responsibly Identifying process improvements and proactive solutions This role requires someone who can move quickly, think critically, and stay detail-oriented under pressure.
