Pharmacy Warehouse & Shipping Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically active individual to join our team in Milford, MA. In this role, you will work closely with our operations pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to ensure patient orders are accurately packaged, tracked, and shipped. This is a critical position that keeps our inventoryanized and our life-saving medications moving efficiently to those who need them.

Position Details

Location: Milford, MA 01757

Pay Rate: $20.08 per hour

Available Shifts: * Shift A: Monday - Friday | 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Shift B: Monday - Thursday | 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment: Coordinate, assemble, and package patient orders for shipment.

Inventory Management: Conduct physical inventory and daily cycle counts; restock pharmacy picking areas and maintain a clean,anized warehouse.

Shipping & Logistics: Retrieve shipping documents/labels, assist in packing medications, and track packages to ensure successful delivery.

ing: Organize daily shipping reports for Branch Manager review and report any delivery discrepancies.

Receiving: Accept non-pharmaceutical deliveries via the back dock and assist in placing and reconciling purchase orders.

Compliance: Manage pharmaceutical product levels and handle returned goods according to SOP guidelines under the supervision of a pharmacist.

Qualifications & Requirements

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; ability to use a 10-key pad and type at least 20 wpm.

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as well as reach, twist, turn, bend, stoop, and walk throughout the shift.

Soft Skills: Stronganizational skills, high attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities.

Communication: Ability to read, write, and understand English fluently.

Equipment: Experience operating a pallet jack is a plus.

Pay Details: $20.08 per hour
