We are seeking our next fulltime Project AcquisitionManager!

The Project Acquisition Manager is responsible forinterfacing with customers to develop a full understanding of project needs forlarge-scale projects from inception to completion. This role ensures opencommunication between internal and external partners while successfullymanaging multiple projects through the full project lifecycle.

Essential Functions:

Own multiple projects from quotation through completion.

Identify and complete stakeholder analysis and riskassessment documentation.

Attend internal and customer project kick-off meetings.

Define clear scope of work and deliverables.

Create pricing strategies in partnership with ProjectBusiness Development and OSE teams based on market factors, competition, andproject phase.

Collaborate with GE Booth suppliers and partners to achieveoptimal project pricing.

Generate comprehensive project proposals outlining customerrequirements and objectives.

Manage and monitor project timelines, including RFQ anddecision dates, in alignment with customer expectations.

Coordinate cross-functional teams ensuring seamless projecthandoffs.

Review and align contract terms and conditions with GE BoothLegal or the E+H Legal Department.

Interpret and meet customer documentation and reportingrequirements, capturing associated costs.

Communicate ideas, strategies, and updates effectively tostakeholders and team members.

Provide technical guidance and insight in response tocustomer inquiries.

Manage order entry, scheduling, and delivery tracking inSAP/P21.

Adapt to changing project phases, priorities, andorganizational needs.

Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

Work Environment:

Work is primarily performed in an office environment usingstandard office equipment such as a computer, phone, printer, and scanner.Occasional site visits may be required.

Physical Demands:

The employee must be able to communicate clearly, bothverbally and in writing. The role may involve periods of standing, walking, andsitting at a computer workstation. Specific vision requirements include closeand distance vision, color perception, peripheral vision, depth perception, andthe ability to adjust focus.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required asbusiness demands arise.

Travel:

Limited travel is expected. Local travel to customer sitesor between company locations during business hours may be required. Overnighttravel is rare.

Required Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED.

Five to seven years of related project management ortechnical experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree in a related field.

Seven to nine years of experience in a similar industry orproject management environment.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:

Valid drivers license required.
