Inventory Control Associate (Temp?to?Hire or Direct Hire) Location: Port Washington, NY Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM Pay: $18/hr (up to $19-$20/hr for strong experience) Type: Temp?to?Hire About the Role A distribution company in Port Washington is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to support daily warehouse inventory operations. Responsibilities Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits Investigate inventory discrepancies and report findings Track, update, and maintain inventory records in the warehouse system Assist with labeling, stock organization, and product identification Support receiving and put?away processes as needed Communicate with supervisors regarding stock issues or shortages Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements Prior inventory control or warehouse inventory experience required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer/data entry skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Reliable, punctual, and able to work full?time Team?oriented with good communication skills Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $20.00
