Title: Buyer Administrator
Duration: 09 Months (Potential Extension/Conversion)

  • The Buyer Administrator is responsible for managing day-to-day procurement operations, including purchase request validation, purchase order processing, supplier coordination, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) support.
  • This role focuses on transactional accuracy, policy compliance, and operational support for procurement teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Review and validate Purchase Requisitions in procurement systems such as SAP Ariba and Oracle ERP .
  • Create, update, and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) and procurement documentation.
  • Support buyers and category managers with operational and administrative procurement activities.
  • Assist internal users with Purchase Requisition creation, procurement processes, and policy guidance.
  • Coordinate with Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve PO, invoice, and payment issues.
  • Ensure compliance with preferred supplier, contract, and procurement policy requirements.
  • Monitor purchasing queues and process requests within defined service levels.
  • Prepare procurement reports, spend tracking, and compliance-related data analysis.
  • Support procurement system enhancements, testing, data cleanup, and user support initiatives.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recurring operational issues.
SAP Ariba SAP Ariba Oracle ERP Oracle ERP
  • The procurement domain in any background will work.
  • 13 years of experience in procurement operations, purchasing administration, or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) support.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience using procurement or ERP systems such as SAP Ariba , Ora_cle ERP , or SAP ERP .
  • Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder support skills.
