Warehouse Manager

Job Details Renewal by Andersen is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations while actively working alongside the team. This role is responsible for inventory control, product staging, job preparation, fleet coordination, and maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse that supports window and door installation operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily receiving, unloading, staging, and shipping of windows, doors, and materials. Order and schedule the receiving of materials from vendors based on the schedule before they are needed. Verify incoming products for accuracy and damage. Oversee that all materials are cut and processed for upcoming jobs. Stage materials accurately for upcoming installation jobs. Maintain organized warehouse layout and perform regular inventory cycle counts. See to it that the inventory system is updated and accurate. Manage consumables, returns, warranty parts, and damaged materials. Supervise and train warehouse staff; set daily priorities and performance expectations. Oversee company vehicles, trailers, and proper load securement. Assist in the field when necessary during high-volume periods. Enforce OSHA and company safety standards and conduct regular safety inspections. Qualifications 3+ years of warehouse management or lead experience (construction industry preferred). Strong knowledge of inventory control and job staging processes. Forklift certification or ability to obtain. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily. Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office and inventory systems. Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
