About the Role

Do you have experience in inventory control, receiving, and forklift operation and take pride in accuracy and efficiency?

Custom Filters Direct is hiring an Inventory Control Associate / Forklift Operator to support material flow, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure production has the materials needed to operate efficiently.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (1st Shift). Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Weekly Pay

Starting pay based on experience

Position Overview

In this role, you will:

Manage the full cycle of raw materials from receiving to production

Ensure inventory accuracy and proper material flow

Support production by delivering materials in a timely manner

This is a hands-on role requiring both forklift operation and inventory control experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and documentation

Manage raw materials from receiving through production usage

Safely operate a forklift to move, stage, and deliver materials

Maintain accurate inventory levels and material locations

Perform cycle counts and investigate discrepancies

Ensure proper organization and material flow throughout the facility

Work closely with production to ensure materials are available when needed

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Follow all safety and operational procedures

Qualifications

Inventory control and/or receiving experience required*

Forklift experience is required (2+ years preferred)

Strong understanding of inventory processes and material flow

Proven ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and move throughout the shift

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Frequent bending, reaching, and handling materials

Comfortable working in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
