Distribution Clerk - Days & Nights Cold Spring , MN 56320 Job ID: 54780871 Pay Rate: $19-21.50 / hour Jobs Office: St.Cloud Job Description Job Distribution Clerk Location: Cold Spring, MN Compensation: $19.00-$21.50 per hour - paid weekly Schedule: Days & Nights | 5:45am-6:00pm or 5:45pm-6:00am | rotating 2-2-3 schedule Job Type: Temporary or Temp-to-hire About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Distribution Clerks for a leading beverage manufacturing company located in Cold Spring, MN. What You'll Do as a Distribution Clerk: - Compile documents on incoming and outgoing shipments to expedite removal or delivery of product from distribution centers - Prepare Bill of Ladings for shipping charges - Communicate with Dock Coordinators to determine which dock door to send trucker to - Answer phone calls, assist with directions to facility, and other customer service items as needed - Complete reports as needed per customer requirements What You Need to Bring to the Distribution Clerk Role: - Knowledge working in Outlook, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and use of customer portals - Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time - Knowledge of computer, writing, and filing required - Ability to communicate with all levels of employees, vendors, customers, and visitors Why You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay , access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
