We’re hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and support a safe, efficient, and organized work environment. This role is responsible for supervising warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring operational excellence within the branch.

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, and staging inventory
• Manage and coordinate tasks for warehouse team members
• Coordinate and oversee physical inventory counts and inventory accuracy
• Review work orders, purchase orders, and inventory reports
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures
• Provide coaching, guidance, and support to warehouse employees
• Partner with the Branch Manager to improve operational processes and efficiencies
• Assist with additional warehouse and operational duties as assigned

High school diploma or GED required

5+ years of related warehouse or operations experience preferred

Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Forklift experience preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills

Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to maintain a safe and productive work environment

Must successfully pass a background check
