We're seeking a handson Fulfillment Supervisor/Working Manager to lead daily shipping operations in a highvolume, perishable environment. Open Position: eCommerce Fulfillment Supervisor / Working Manager Location: Buffalo Grove, IL 60089 $26-30/hour, based on experience & skills Schedule: Monday - Friday, approx. 8:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm OT Eligible | Peak Season (October-December) hours may vary What You'll Do Lead daily shipping execution including pick, pack, and kitting operations Manage labor throughput, productivity, and time clock adjustments Coordinate FedEx trailer schedules, trucking execution, and wholesale/corporate orders Oversee SQF food safety programs, including training, daily logging, and execution Ensure proper use of equipment, forklifts, and completion of required physical training/certifications What We're Looking For Bilingual (Spanish & English) required Prior experience supervising or leading fulfillment/shipping operations Strong knowledge of eCommerce order fulfillment and shipping workflows Experience working in food, perishable, or SQFregulated environments preferred Handson leader with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced setting Why You'll Love This Job Fulltime, longterm opportunity with competitive hourly pay OT eligibility and increased hours during peak season Leadership role with handson involvementyour impact is seen daily Fastpaced, teamoriented environment Weekly pay and opportunity to grow with a stable operation Apply Today!
