Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of procurement experience in manufacturing or heavy equipment Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier development skills Advanced Excel skills; Power BI preferred Experience with SAP required Key Responsibilities: Source, evaluate, and develop suppliers for production components and heavy equipment Support supplier development for welded steel fabrications and structural parts Conduct supplier performance evaluations (quality, cost, delivery) Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve sourcing strategies Create and manage purchase orders to meet production and project timelines Partner with engineering, operations, and quality teams to drive continuous improvement Lead sourcing initiatives to reduce costs and improve supplier performance Utilize tools such as ABC analysis, Pareto analysis, and supplier scorecards Monitor market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities Identify and mitigate supply chain risks Maintain strong supplier relationships and communication Collaborate cross-functionally to align on specifications and timelines Why This Job?
