- Line Management: Directly supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team including Press Operators, CSRs, Pre-Press, and Installers.
- Business Operations: Manage workflow strategy to maintain a 4-day standard turn time while coordinating a 2–3 week installation backlog.
- Materials Management: Maintain complete control of inventory and perform equipment maintenance to minimize waste.
- Quality & Compliance: Establish quality check standards and manage a formal "non-conformance" recording system.
- Budget & Growth: Partner with the VP of Sales to track productivity and drive year-over-year sales growth.
