Adecco is hiring a Receiving Clerk for a client located in Louisville. The Receiving Clerk coordinates the administrative functions and internal/externalmunications of the receiving department within the Louisville Distribution Center. Please now and attach a current copy of your resume!

Shift - Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm with OT as late at 5:30pm

Pay - $19 - $22 based on experience

GENERAL RESPONISIBILITIES:

Primary point of contact into and out of the receiving/returns department for discrepancies and expediting urgent inbound material requests. This would include PO and STO receipt resolutions, as well as vendor shipment issues with Material Controllers, damaged freight and trailer/container movement with Transportation / other departments.

Maintain daily count of trailers and containers on the property (empty and with contents).

File andanize all receiving department documents.

Organize and identify all problem receipts/returns,municating to appropriate groups and ensuring prompt response/resolution from same groups while providing feedback for action to the receiving / putaway team.

Managing receiving issues log and providing input/feedback to Material Control and supervisor onmon vendorpliance issues and items of escalation.

Completion of Material Master change/add request.

Using a data driven problem solving approach to making evidence-based decisions.

Provide timely and appropriate reporting of requested metrics and KPIs.
