Warehouse Supervisor- 25/hour

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, leading hourly associates, and ensuring all activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards. This role focuses on productivity, inventory accuracy, quality, and team development in a fastpaced environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals Assign work, manage labor, and monitor staffing levels to support operational needs Enforce safety standards and company policies; conduct audits and address safety concerns Monitor workflow, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements Ensure accurate inventory control, cycle counts, and proper material handling Communicate performance expectations, provide feedback, and assist with performance evaluations Coordinate with other departments (production, logistics, maintenance) to support operations Maintain accurate reports on productivity, attendance, and operational metrics Qualifications Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to lead teams in a fastpaced, resultsdriven environment Working knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations Comfortable using basic computer systems (WMS, ERP, or Microsoft Office preferred) Work Environment Warehouse and distribution setting May require standing, walking, lifting, and operating material handling equipment Flexible to work different shifts, overtime, or weekends as needed Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Louisville, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
