Looking for a role w you can stayanized, stay active, and play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly? We're hiring a Logistics Coordinator to support daily shipping and warehouse operations for a growing team in Nazareth.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay: $18/hour, weekly pay
What you'll be doing:
Receive iing materials and verify against purchase orders
Prepare daily shipping and packaging documentation with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
Review pick sheets and pull products based on customer orders
Perform cycle counts and track inventory levels
Move materials between docks, storage, and production areas
Inspect iing shipments, report discrepancies, and reject damaged goods
Maintain accurate data in ERP systems (QuickBooks, Oracle) and shipping software
Communicate daily with Customer Service and Project Management teams
Coordinate with freight carriers to support on-time deliveries
Support continuous improvement efforts including root cause and corrective actions
Maintain a clean,anized, and safe warehouse environment
What we're looking for:
Experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or warehouse coordination
Strong attention to detail andanizational skills
Comfortable working with ERP systems and shipping software
Ability to stay on your feet and manage multiple tasks throughout the day
Team-oriented with strongmunication skills

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
