Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Buyer / Sourcing & Procurement Specialist positions in Imperial, PA. Responsibilities:
Drive sourcing and procurement activities including RFQs, supplier negotiations, and purchase order execution
Manage full procure-to-pay cycle, supplier relationships, on-time delivery, and ERP updates
Ensurepliance with U.S. Government and defense-related purchasing regulations and confidentiality requirements
Analyze spend, develop reports, and implement sourcing strategies to improve cost, delivery, and performance metrics
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in a business-related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or contract negotiation (or 1 year with MBA/Master's)
Experience with purchase order execution and fundamental knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes
Ability to negotiate with suppliers and proactively resolve procurement, logistics, or invoice issues
Perks:
Shift: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (Hybrid - 3 days on-site per week)
Weekly paycheck
Pay: $38.77 per hour
