Logistics Coordinator Job Description Join our Transportation Operations team as a Logistics Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in managing the daily freight movements into and out of our North American fulfillment centers. Responsibilities Support freight operations by ensuring the smooth movement of shipments. Analyze data to enhance efficiency and eliminate defects. Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve any arising issues. Execute processes to meet standard work expectations. Develop performance metrics to drive business results. Essential Skills Strong Knowledge in logistics, operations, and customer service. Experience in customer/vendor relations, freight, transportation, supply chain, and dispatch. Ability to coordinate effectively between multiple parties. Exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in problem-solving and deep diving into issues. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with operational tasks and logistics. Experience with Paragon software is a plus. Some experience in phone communication with shippers. Work Environment This position requires working onsite five days a week. The role involves frequent use of Paragon software and some phone communication with shippers.
