Work Flexibility: Hybrid What you will do - As Sourcing Manager, Strategic Sourcing, you'll play a pivotal role in driving innovation, efficiency, and value across our global supply base. This is a highimpact position with direct visibility to senior leadership and crossfunctional teams. You will lead strategic sourcing initiatives across a defined supplier portfolio, driving excellence in service, quality, and cost. Key Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing Execution: Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with Stryker's mission and global category goals, optimizing supplier performance across service, quality, and cost. Supplier Relationship Management: Set strategic direction for key supplier partnerships. Serve as the escalation point for supplier issues, including quality concerns, dispute resolution, and commercial implications of product field actions. Supplier Development: Drive continuous improvement in supplier capabilities to meet both short-term and long-term business needs. Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead global sourcing projects and strategic initiatives beyond the sourcing function, including program management efforts. Executive Communication: Engage confidently with senior leadership and executive stakeholders across Stryker and supplier organizations. Required - 8+ years in Supply Management with focus on strategic sourcing and supplier development. Ability to negotiate effectively to obtain best prices and terms on products, materials, and services. Bachelors Degree Preferred - AS400 or ERP experience Power BI or similar applications Work in a manufacturing environment Work in medical device or other highly regulated industry $118,000 - $196,700 USD Annual Travel Percentage: 20% Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based - You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite - Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid - You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
