What You'll Do: Tell Meaningful Stories: Identify, capture, and produce compelling video content (testimonies, ministry highlights, and documentary-style pieces).Lead Live Production: Oversee all aspects of Sunday live-stream worship, including filming, audio, lighting, and editing.Build Community: Lead in recruiting, training, and mentoring an already capable team of production volunteers, fostering a healthy and reliable team culture.Manage Technology: Maintain current high-quality production systems and stay current with filmmaking and digital trends.
