Installation Logistics Coordinator (Industrial Projects)
Location: Texas (Houston Area) | Remote/Hybrid Flexibility Available
Salary: $65,000 + 10% Bonus
About the Role
An industrial-focused organization is seeking an Installation Logistics Coordinator to support field operations and project execution. This role serves as a central coordination hub, ensuring field technicians, materials, and logistics are aligned across multiple active industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate field logistics, technician scheduling, and job site deployment
- Manage travel arrangements, mobilization, and workforce logistics
- Support multiple active projects simultaneously with shifting priorities
- Maintain project documentation including schedules, certifications, and site records
- Interface with field teams, subcontractors, and internal project teams
- Assist with coordination of materials, deliveries, and vendor communication
Required Qualifications
- Experience in industrial construction environments (non-commercial/non-residential)
- Experience with field logistics coordination, dispatching, or technician scheduling
- Experience coordinating field crews and job site logistics
- Experience managing travel and workforce mobilization
- Experience handling project documentation and records
- Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PPE coordination, safety compliance, or technician onboarding
- Experience tracking certifications, licensing, or workforce compliance
- Experience coordinating materials, vendors, and delivery schedules
- Experience supporting installation or field service operations
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and project teams
- Experience improving logistics or operational workflows
