Salary: $65,000 + 10% Bonus

About the Role

An industrial-focused organization is seeking an Installation Logistics Coordinator to support field operations and project execution. This role serves as a central coordination hub, ensuring field technicians, materials, and logistics are aligned across multiple active industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate field logistics, technician scheduling, and job site deployment
• Manage travel arrangements, mobilization, and workforce logistics
• Support multiple active projects simultaneously with shifting priorities
• Maintain project documentation including schedules, certifications, and site records
• Interface with field teams, subcontractors, and internal project teams
• Assist with coordination of materials, deliveries, and vendor communication

Required Qualifications

• Experience in industrial construction environments (non-commercial/non-residential)
• Experience with field logistics coordination, dispatching, or technician scheduling
• Experience coordinating field crews and job site logistics
• Experience managing travel and workforce mobilization
• Experience handling project documentation and records
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PPE coordination, safety compliance, or technician onboarding
• Experience tracking certifications, licensing, or workforce compliance
• Experience coordinating materials, vendors, and delivery schedules
• Experience supporting installation or field service operations
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and project teams
• Experience improving logistics or operational workflows
